The show starts with Mary Alice telling how Bree is such a lady. She's courteous, moves with elegance and grace and she's always careful not to let others know what she's thinking.

They tell her he had a room filled with unsavoury items. 2 cops then bring a life size Bree doll in the station and she is disgusted to even think what George did with that.

He tells her "my father was murdered because of you" and she told him that she hated herself and he said "we have something in common" He said he was never going to listen to her anymore and that he was calling Justin over to spend the night. Bree asks what kind of friend Justin is and Andrew said "the real good kind"
Justin and Andrew were playing video games and Andrew wanted to kiss Justin. Justin was scared Bree would walk in so said it's better to wait until everyone was asleep. Andrew tells Justin he hates Bree and that 1 day he will take her down so hard, she'll never get back up.

The Applewhite's

Mike brought Betty a faucet and Edie was jogging by. Edie asks if they saw the paper that they captured the guy (Caleb). They said he was in a psych ward until they figure out who he is.
Betty tells Matthew later that they are going to go get him.

(During the show we see men plotting something. I have no clue who these guys are)

Betty shows up at the ward to play piano for the patients. Caleb was sitting there. Matthew was in back of him. (1 of the men shows up at the hospital, filled a syringe in the car with something, dresses up as a nurse and heads to Caleb's room, sees he's not there and then sees him in the room with the piano)
Matthew takes his jacket and his cap, puts them on Caleb and they leave the hospital. (the mysterious man watches this and follows them)

It ends with Mary Alice saying

The stories are as old as time itself
(we see Susan watching her Dad walk away)

The prodigal son who returns home to the father who forgives him
(Zach playing the guitar and Paul watching)

the jealous wife who tricks the husband who trusts her (Gabby putting cloth on Carlos' head)

the desperate mother who risks everything for the child who needs her
(Betty by Caleb who's sleeping)

and the faithless husband who hurts the wife who loves him so deeply

(Addison leaving house, wife watching)

why do we listen again and again? because these are the stories of family

(Bree smiling at Andrew)

and once we look past the fighting, pain and the resentment, we occasionally like to remind ourselves there is nothing more important.

(Lynette picking up Penny from the daycare at the office
