The show starts with Mary Alice saying there are different types of kisses and they each mean different things. Bree was hosting a get together with all the women at her place. Tom was saying how he used to play in the band in school, he played the tuba. He and Gabby were talking and having some drinks with Lynette and others around. Gabby saying she was a cheerleader. they got on the topic of kissing and Tom said he got his 1st kiss at 18. Tells Gabby he was a lonely insecure tuba player and no cheerleader would ever kiss him etc.. so she said " I would've kissed you" and he says she wouldn't and then she said "on behalf of all the cheerleaders..." and she kisses him. It was all in good fun (and then he fell off his chair). Lynette did not look very pleased. Lynette later tells her that the kiss bugged her and Gabby is shocked as it was meant in good fun. Gabby said they were having fun, entertaining the crowd and Lynette asks if she could juggle instead next time. Later there was tension between Gabby and Lynette and Susan asks what happened. Edie tells about the kiss and says it was no big deal, but thenBree said she could understand where Lynette is coming from. Later, Lynette passes Bree while they're in their cras and thanks her for sticking up for her. Bree tells Lynette to not be so hard on herself given Gabby's history. Lynette had no clue and Bree tells her about the affiar with John but said to smile and pretend she doesn't know. Later Tom was with Penny and he had groceries to bring in. Gabby was jogging and saw that Tom needed help (he had dropped some stuff on the ground). Penny threw up on Gabby, so she went in the house to clean up. Lynette calls Tom to say she finished work early, he asks her to pick up bread and then she hears Gabby's voice in the back so she rushes home and tells Tom the store ran out of bread. Lynette upset yet again and asks Gabby if she is hitting on Tom. Lynette basically lets Gabby know she knows about the affair and tells her it's a small town, people talk. Tom was confused and asks what's going on and Gabby said "your wife doesn't trust me cuz I had an affair with my teenage gardner" Gabby went home and tells Carlos she kissed Tom in fun and Lynette gor upset and he tells her he can't blame her, they al lknow what she did. Gabby tells Carlos to go have an affair. To find a college flame, a call girl, the nun, just so they could be equal and tells him just not to bring home diseases. Later Lynette kind of realizes she overreacted as she and Tom are in bed and he's bugging her saying how hot he is and all the women want him, he said he's a hot guy in a neighborhood with lobely women that he is like catnip...lol Lynette went to Gabby's to apologize and says she was 99% at fault. Asks Gabby if she knows that Gabby was a little wrong, Gabby says "no". So to show Gabby, Lynette takes Carlos and starts making out with him, at first gabby is like "ya..so" etc.. but then the kiss was quite long She seperates them and says she got the point. Carlos later stops by Lynette's and thanks her for patching things up with Gabby. He tells Lynette about Gabby's suggestion that he have an affair. Lynette says "why are you telling me this?" and he said he wants her thoughts on the subject. She is shocked and says she has no thoughts. Before leaving he tells Lynette "By the way that was a hell of kiss you gave me. You can't fake chemistry like that." and he walks away. Bree and Andrew Andrew is kissing Justin and Bree watching from the window. She goes to sofa and drinks some wine. Asks Andrew what if the neighbors saw and he said :I would hope they thought i landed myself a hottie" She tells him to stay away from Justin or she'll send him to camp Henessey until he's 18. As she's headed upstairs, he asks if she's forgetting something and is holding the bottle of wine. The next morning Bree is bringing Andrew breakfast in bed, walks in his room and sees him and Justin in bed lying next to eachother (naked). Tells Andrew she wants him downstairs. Waits for Andrew and then tells him Justin has to leave or she'll call the police. he tells her that he wonders how the police would react when they hear she killed George Williams. Tells her he will tell them "I'm being raised by a homicidal maniac" and says he;ll even throw ina few tears. She says "you would arrest your own mother" and he said 'hey, we all have to cut the strings off the apron at some point" Bree later brings a basket to Carl and gives him a check and Bree wants Carl to represent her because Andrew is blackmailing her. Carl over at their place discussing it and Bree tells Andrew she will sue him if he lies. He tells Bree "if the cops don't give a damn, your friends will. How does public humiliation sound?" Carl then has Andrew pinned to the wall and tells him he better get his act together and respect his mother or he will take care of it himself. The Applewhite's Matthew brings a tray to Caleb and Caleb says he wants to go up. Betty says she;ll bring him up but not until they are safe. (looks at stairs and tells Matthew they need fixing) The guy (from the hospital ward last time) was in a car in front of the house. Edie was jogging and asks what he's doing. he says he's a realtor. She tells him to leave and says "You cross me and I will be your worse nightmare", he said "you got it",. Edie leaves, he moves his newspaper and we see a gun. Later the Applewhite's leave and he breks in the house. He goes to the basement and sees Valeb, Unties his hands and tells Caleb to go with him. Caleb refuses. he punches Caleb. he goes to check back up stairs. From the top of the stairs he tells Caleb to go and points the gun at him telling him "don't make me go after you", Caleb not moving so the guy heads down the stairs and falls through them 9the stairs broke) and accidentally shot himself. The Applewhite's get home and see Caleb at the table eating and he says "it wasn't me". They see the guy on the stairs and his cell phone rings. Matthew gets the phone and sees the missed call is from "Foster". Betty said when it's dark, they have to get rid of the body. Later, they get the body in the trunk of their car. Susan, Mike, Paul, Zack, Julie Susan sees Zack throwing out some trash and runs to Mike to tell him. Mike not surprised and he tells Susan about his talk with Paul. She feels bad for what she did and tells Mike that she wants he and Zack to connect. At Paul's, we see he is going to home school Zack and Zack is not happy about that. he tells him it's because he needs to keep him close as there are people he doesn't tust. Zack said "like Mike Delfino?" Zack tells Paul that Mrs.Tillman told him about Mike taking him away to kill himbecause he murdered Mrs.Huber because she blackmailed his mom. Paul asks Zack if he believes he is capable of murder and Zack says "no, but I didn't think mom was capable of suicide." Zack later sees Susan with Julie and tells them not to worry, he won't bother them anymore. Tells them not to tell his Dad he spoke to them, things have been intense lately. Susan feels bad for him and she and Julie agreed he has changed. Susan and Julie went to see Mike and said they want to go bowling with him and Zack. (they sent Zack an e-mail about it) They're at the bowling alley and Zack shows up. he is surprised they are being nice to him and they tell him they believe in second chances. Mike then helps him bowl. Later Zack was asleep and Paul found the bowling score sheet in the trash can. He went to see Mike and punched him and said to stayt away from his son. Mike chases Paul and grabs his leag, Susan is driving by and loses control of her car, crashes and bangs into the Applewhite's car and the trunk opens and everyone sees the body in the trunk. Cops arrive and Susan is telling them what happened. Matthew turns to Betty and says "are you worried? cuz I am" she says "not yet. be patient, see what happens" The women question if it was Paul who murdered the man in the trunk but Susan said she didn't think so cuz he seemed shocked when he saw the body in the trunk. Edie said she thinks it's the Applewhite's and tells them the story about the man she saw in the car. The others put 2 and 2 together about buying the house without ever seeing it, the noise in the basement and moving in in the middle of the night. they all turn and look at the Applewhite's and Edie waves. Betty turns to Matthew and says "Now I'm worried" The end Zack is playing the guitar and sees Julie. tells her his Dad found out they went bowling and won't be doing that anytime soon. Julie kisses him on the cheek and Mary Alice says: the act itself never varies. but each kiss carries with it a meaning all it's own -we see tom and Lynette kissing in bed it can convey a husband's eternal devotion or a wife's enormous regret -Gabby kisses Carlos on cheek and has arms around him it can symbolize a mother's growing concern -Betty kisses Matthew on the forehead or a lover's growing passion -Andrew and Justin making out But whatever it's meaning, each kiss reflects a basic human need -neighbor kisses cat the need to connect to another human being -Bree kisses her hand and places it on a picture of Rex This desire is so strong, it's always amazing when some people don't understand it. -Paul looing out the window at Julie and Zack |
