Mary Alice was telling us about Bree's days of
sobriety and how she was dealing with it. She turned to Peter, they
watched DVD's, played cards etc... While she was sitting with Peter, she kissed him on the cheek. He is uneasy by that and tells Bree that not only is he a recovering alcoholic but he's been to SA too (sex addicts anonymous). Tell her the slighest touch gets his juices flowing. She grabs his face and kisses him on the lips and tells him he handles it better than he gived himself credit for. They start making out and he rips his shirt off and then backs away and says he has to go. Mary Alice then says Bree got her answer, that the easiest way to overcome an addiction is to replace it with another one. Bree went to see Peter before another meeting and he introduced her to a woman named Donna and told Bree that fron now on, Donna would be her new sponsor. Later at Bree's Donna is there and tells Bree out the blue that she isn't a lesbian "whatever vibe you might be getting is all on you". Told Bree she had 0% tolerance for people who lie to themselves. Andrew's lawyer sees Bree and gave her the list of witnesses deposing. She saw Lynette's name and went to see Lynette. She apologized to her about what she did and then asked what Lynette would say when the going for the deposition. She told Lynette that all this was because Andrew wanted his trust fund to buy a car. Lynette said she would tell the truth. Lynnete and the lawyer met and Lynette said she didn't want to testify against Bree, he told her he'd compell her to if she refused. Showed Lynette a pic of Andrew with the black eye and said Bree did it. Lynette showed pic to Gabby and Gabby said she is on Bree's side and thinks Andrew is lying. Later Lynette sees Andrew outside shooting hoops and she pays him a visit ina beautiful car.He tells her how nice the car is and takes interest in it. She told him his lawyer paid her a visit and she will be deposed. She tells him she finds it hard to iomagine Bree hurting him and if there was anything she could do to help to let her know. He asked if she could get him a car on discount and she said she's still not sure he'd afford it and he answered "tell the lawyer the truth and money won't be a problem". Later..Bree shows up at lawyers and Lynette has been sworn in. He asks Lynette if Bree was responsible for her kids getting away and Lynette said she does not hold Bree responsible. "I trust her completely. She is a wonderful friend and a fantastic mother", he then asked why she lined wine bottles up in fron of Bree's and Lynette said she was helping her with her recycling. The lawyer then asked if Lynette knew the consequences of purgary and she turned and looked at Andrew and then said " I do. I hate liars" Susan Susan and Julie were eating and Carl walked in. He told them he popped the question to Edie. Susan reminded him it hadn't been 6 months yet and he said weddings take a long time to plan. Then Susan and Carl were talking about their wedding day and Julie was a little confused as to the flirtatiousness going on. Susan and Julie were oustdie and they saw Edie. She told them she was planning a big surprose for Carl, that she was going to have the wedding the following day. Susan was shocked and Edie told her to keep her trap shut, "i'm off to buy a wedding dress, and a white wedding dress, that'll surprise everybody". Susan waits down the road for Carl to get home and tells him what happened. They get to the house and Edie invites both Susan and Carl in. They walk in the house and Dr.Ron was sitting on a chair and ad told Edie about Susan and Carl's wedding. Edie tells them they are the most reprehensible excuses for human beings she has ever met. She asks Ron if he has anything to add, he grabs and vase from beside him (throws flowers on the floor) and hands vase to Edie, she throws it at Carl and Susan, it shatters on stairs. Later Edie tells them they could have told her about it, that them getting married was her idea anyways. Tells them they have to make up for it, Karl by throwing a wedding 3 times what he could afford and Susan being the bartender at the engagement party. More Bree.... Bree calls Peter to invite him to the engagement party and tells him she need them to be friends. he tells her never to call him again and he hangs up. She then goes to a bar and says she wants to get stinking drunk. She is passed out at a table when Peter shows up. He asks why she didn't call Donna and she said "I don't need Donna, I need you". He carries her out of the bar and says "I don't even like redheads" Felicia/Mike Mrs Tillman went to see mike and asked if he remembered the promise he made to her about Paul. he told her he was not going to kill Paul. Says maybe he has gotten over it and Mrs. Till man said she didn't. at Edie's engagement party.... Paul shows up and has a gift for Edie and thanks her for invting him. Susan is behind the bar, she asked Julie to look for a recipe in Carl's bartending book and in it Julie found a pic of Susan and Carl. (the "wedding" pic) Susan went up to the room and asked him what he was doing with it and uf he knew their wedding was fake. He told her he needs to look at it sometimes and when she asked why, he said "punishment for screwing up the best thing that ever happened to me". He and Susan start kissing and are lying on the bed, he tells her he would call off the wedding if she wanted. Edie then comes up and he trows Susan over the side of the bed and he and Edie go downstairs. Edie is opening her gifts and insults the gift Lynette gives and then moves on to Felicia's. It's a small box, she opens it and inside are dentures. Edie is confused and Felicia explains how Edie and Martha were close and that they were Martha's dentures. She says Martha left so fast, when Paul Young strangled her, crushed her wind pipe and buried her alive. She then tells the room while they're all chit chatting, it's in the company of a murderer. Paul gets up and he leaves.  Gabby Gabby and Carlos at the strip club where Libby works. They bought her a camera she wanted. She freaks that they are there and tells them to leave but just then her boyfriend Frank comes. Asks if it's a present for their baby and Carlos and Gabby are shocked. They go to see their lawyer and tell him what happened, he says there's nothing he can do. They mention they have given Libby money and gifts and he takes out a paper and told them to try to get Frank to sign it, it was a paternal rights waiver. Gabby and Carlos brought 40,000$ to give to them to buy the baby. they show up to sign the paper and Frank doesn't want to. Libby says if he doesn't she will go to the cops about his pot farm in their basement. Carlos and Gabby are about to give up because Frank doesn't want and then Libby said :it doesn't matter what he wants because it's not his baby". She said she wasn't sure who the father was, she was quite popular when she did the Calgary rodeo. It was at Edie's engagement party Carlos and Gabby found out Libby was in labor. gabby was freaking out saying she was only due in 4 weeks and they had nothing etc... When they got to the hospital the baby was already born. The nurse asked if they were family and Libby said "they're the parents". Gabby was too scared to touch the baby at first but then the nurse handed the baby to her. She told Carlos it was worth it and was so happy. As they were with the baby, they heard yelling in the hall. It was Frank yelling at Libby demanding to know who the father was. She told him it was his brother, who is 19. Carlos then told Gabby the papers weren't valid anymore seeing the baby did have a father and Gabby said she was not giving up the baby. She asked Carlos if he just saw "the white trash freak show" lol so Gabby and Carlos "run away" from the hospital with the baby. Install the car seat and drive home. Mary Alice then said... temptation comes to all of us. Whether or not we succomb depends on our ability to recognize it's disguise -Carlos and Gabby driving home sometimes it arrives in the form of an old flame, flickering back to life -Susan by a fireplace just thinking or a new friend who could end up being so much more -Peter helping Bree or a young child who awakens, feelings we didn't know we have -Gabby with the baby and so we give into temptation all the while knowing come morning, we'll have to suffer the consequences -the outside of the Solis' home. |
